What’s The Fastest Way To Lose Weight With Home Remedies Or Tricks?

I’m having some kind of hormonal inbalance that has affected me in such way that I haven’t gotten my period for over a year now. I’ve also gained so much weight I feel like another person. Doea nybody know some home remedies that would help me lose weight even water weight fast??? Please HELP!!!

    1. Use a smaller plate for your meals.
    2. Stop snacking altogether!
    3. Walk at least 30minutes per day.
    4. Also do Strengthening and Conditioning Exercises (request book from State Department of Health, showing explicit pictures and printed words on each exercise.)

    just some basic rules that i live by and it helps me keep my weight from bouncing everywhere: don’t drink soda, drink lots of water. don’t eat white food (rice, potatoes, bread, wheat is ok), don’t eat for 3-4 hours before going to bed. i stop eating after dinner, nothing allowed after dinner no matter what.
    Something else to try for a short period, don’t eat solid foods. only things that fit through a straw. pretend you’ve had major oral surgery and can’t chew anything. I do that if I’ve gotta drop 5-7 lbs for a dress or something. it works, but it’s tough.

    Play DDR everyday. No really, DDR is the fastest way to lose weight. It checks how much calories you burn. I don’t think there are other home remedies that will make you lose weight fast…plus you are not suppose to lose water weight. If you have a DDR, play it now and drink lots of water, and eat healthy. If you don’t have one, buy one or look for the nearest arcades.

    coffee and tea are diuretics. Lemon is also a diuretic.
    Liver for some reason makes you lose weight.
    Raw veggie and fruits will add needed roughage to your died and aid in rapid weight loss.
    Water, 8 glasses a day will flush your system and keep you healthy.
    Diet drinks add weight. They make you hungry. Slim fast is full of sugar and is not good for diabetics.
    2000 calories is all you should have in one day. And if you get up and sing and dance you will lose fast.
    NO greasy food
    NO cakes or cookies or bread
    NO processed food
    NO carbonated drinks
