What Is The Fastest Way To Lose Weight? Need Some Help?
I understand that it’s healthier to lose gradually….there are just some reasons that I really want to get the weight off ASAP, then continue it as a lifestyle change. I’m willing to do anything just about! I want to lose as close to 60 pounds in 4-5 months time. I know that’s a crazy goal, but just wanna get as close as I can. Anyone have suggestions?? I am working out, btw.

First thing is cardio. There are many types, but it has been proven in lab tests and studies that RUNNING in the morning BEFORE breakfast drastically burns fat fast. Your body stores fat while you sleep at night. If you run in the morning, that is where the body goes to for energy first. At first I didn’t believe it. But after 2 weeks, it had worked miracles.
Second is diet. No brainer here. Stay away from fats, sugars, and high complex carbs – white rice, pasta, etc. You want to stick with low fat protein – egg whites, chicken, turkey, low fat tuna. For carbs – 100 grams of carbs or less per day – whole wheat bread, brown rice, whole wheat pasta.
Look, there are no miracles. Only with hard work and dedication can you achieve your ultimate goal. And remeber, its not a diet, its a lifestyle!

60lbs is a lot of weight to lose. I know, I have recently lost 48lbs in just over 5 months.
I joined weight watchers and followed their core plan which consists of:
Lean meats, poultry, fish, eggs, vegetables, potatoes, brown rice, pasta, beans and pulses, wholegrains, fresh fruit, skimmed milk, low fat dairy products, non sugary cereals, sugar free beverages, tea and coffee.
I did not eat, take away meals, ready made meals you buy in the supermarket, ready made processed meats, cakes, biscuits, sweets, chocolate, alcohol, sugar fizzy drinks. All of these are high in saturated fat, sugar and salt. These add to those unwanted pounds.
I also joined a gym where I attended 5/6 times a week for 1 hour at a time or more and still do to maintain my weight.
Exercise is really important. I know that this accelerated my weight loss.
Drink lots of water, cut down your portion sizes, eat slowly, snack on fruit only. Move as much as you can.
so this it totally unhealthy , but it works and I’ve done it numerous time to drop some weight. Eat 500 calories a day and work out as you normally do, and drink plenty of water. You can do it for up to two weeks at a time and you’ll lose at least 20lbs and after that keep excising and eat healthy and you loose the rest.
If you get really sick you can lose weight fast my daughter got Hep-A and lost 25lbs in 4 days!!
But assuming you want to lose it safely just eat less, exercise 30 minutes a day at least 5 times a week(a brisk 30 minute walk is easier on joints than running), eat less carbs more vegs and fruits, eat lean protein like lean meats and beans. Stick to it and you will lose the weight.
In 5 months at a safe 2lbs a week you could lose maybe 30 lbs not 60 if you did lose the 60 I betcha it you will gain it back the minute you stop dieting.
