What Is The Fastest Way To Lose Weight In Two Weeks?
I need information from a range of people on what they would regard as the best way to lose heaps of weight over a period of two weeks.
Suggestions can range from bulimia to excessive cardio workouts. Please provide information regarding why you chose your method.

Step 1Get it in your head that you will not see any changes within your first two weeks of this program. At the most you will lose a few pounds, but after those intial first two weeks everyday you wake up and weigh yourself you will see more and more weight come off. Getting that type of mentality will help you very much.
Step2
This is where the food comes into play. Now you have to follow these instructions closely if you want to have any kind of success. You can eat anything you want, but it will be your only meal for the day. I usually recommend that you eat foods that will keep you full throughout the day and eat until you can’t eat anymore, so I would say to stuff yourself. Between the hours of 12:00 and 2:00 should be your eating time. If you eat before that you will be very hungry around 8:00 p. m. and will be very difficult to control your cravings. If you eat past 2:00 then you will usually still be full enough that it will very difficult to go and exercise (which will be in step 3). Remember the rules for this part. 1) One meal a day and it can be anything you want, so make it real good and also eat dessert. But remember don’t go over board and make it a SWEET meal, remember your trying to lose weight so the healthier you eat the faster the process will be, but don’t chain yourself to tasteless foods. Also allow yourself to have one dinner a week usually on the weekends. You can drink as much water or diet soda as you want throughout the day. It helps to keep your stomach full.
Step3
Exercise. Cardio is the fastest way at losing weight. If you don’t like to run the next best thing is the bike. The gym usually has the bikes that tell you how much your losing and all that great information. Make sure which ever of the machines your doing that you lose at least 300 calories. On the bike it is usually about half an hour of work. This is at the very least. You have to do this at least 4 times a week with 3 days off. The best time to go is Monday, Tuesday, (Wednesday off), Thursday, (Friday off), (Saturday off), Sunday. You can change it to better meet your needs but this is the best way. Remember that 300 calories is the very least you should lose in your workouts so the more the better.
Step4
This is one of the most difficult steps of all. REMEMBER STEPS 2 and 3. If you make an excuse to eat after you already ate it will come easier next time and soon you will be back to your old eating habits. So don’t eat after you already ate, NOTHING. I can’t stress that enough. If you make an excuse not to go to the gym that night it will be easier not to go the next time and soon you will be back to your old habits. Don’t ever say to yourself “I don’t feel like going to the gym tonight”. Not in your head or out loud. If you feel like your going to blurt it out then get your gym clothes and quickly go to the gym. Sticking to this routine is not easy, but it will become easier once you stick with it after about month and then you will see how fast your losing weight. Everyday you will be losing weight. After about month and half you will continue to lose weight and it will drive you to also eat more healthier and workout even harder. Just stick with it.

if you’re refering to ‘weight’ as fat, then you fastest method would be to eat sensibly and no a lot of exercise.
But if you’re refering to ‘weight’ as the weight on your scales, then you’re best of eating around 500 cal a day. You will lose ‘weight’ dramtically but the weight you do lose will be water.
My fastest diet was the Atkins. I doesn’t seem to get a good press for long-term use but I stuck to it 100% and lost a stone in a fortnight which was a great start to a lifetime healthy eating programme.
