    diet pills and starving yourself never work right. and if you lose weight too fast you will just put it back on as soon as you stop doing whatever you were doin to lose weight. also, if you lose weight too fast you could get stretch marks. the best way to lose weight is to change your eating habits and start an exercise regiment ASAP & stick to it.
    diet :
    high protein intake; lots of veggies; cut down on fat, sugar, & carbos, especially pasta; reduce calorie intake to about 1400 a day. drink only water.
    exercise :
    stretch, run, be more active and athletic
    there are no shortcuts, if you want to lose weight and/or tone your body than you need to watch what you eat and exercise.

    i think the best suggestion would be drink LOADS of water.
    just keep drinking (unless you’re really bloated of course). you’ll probably have to visit the toilet a few more times than normal but after a few days you’ll be fine.
    you’ll realise that you’ve much more energy than normal, and you don’t feel hungry.
    eat a lot less than you normally do, by just eating when you’re hungry, and chewing very slowly. then stop when you’re not hungry, not when you feel full.
    when you eat, pick healthy whole grains, vegetables, and lean protein like chicken or tuna/salmon.
    have only 3 meals a day, or have 5 small meals a day. don’t eat 3 hours before bed time.
    move about a lot, and be always on the go. this should be easy because with healthy eating you tend to have much more energy :) go the gym to tone your muscles with weights. if you’re desperate to lose fat then work on the cardio machines.

    To lose weight (fat), include more fibrous slow digesting carbs, as opp. to the fast digesting ones.

    No white breads, fast foods, sodas (not even diet) no ketchups, sugar, only skim milk, not 2%, skim and whole grain non sweet (sugary) cereal, whole wheat bread, maybe buy some soy or whey protein.

    Include lean meats like ham, and other sources of protein. Avoid red meats. Take a multivitamin, calcium and vitamin d every 2 days, one or two V8s a day (or every other day).
    Don’t starve, eat small healthy meals. A lot of small meals opposed to a few bigger ones– make sure is has at least 8-10 or more g of protein, not too much protein because the body can only digest a certain amount at a time; and avoid too many fruits, carbs and sugars. Fibrous veggies, greens (no starches or potatoes) are good, and no BBQ sauce (unless used sparingly) and not too much (if any) salad dressing.
    Before bed (2 hrs), eat something with protein, don’t
    eat many carbs before bed. Eat some of that good cereal in the morning, you need quality carbs, just not too much, and the slow digesting ones.
    Do slow crunches until you can not do anymore, jog stairs (be safe though), warm up first and do sprints, short bursts of intense activity is very effective compared to long weak activity, just don’t over do it. Also include some slow but long endurance jogging. Be active!
    Jog stairs ;and also do some lunges until it burns, do this every day or 2 days, keep going and don’t give up, same with eating, you need some fat, so one or two fish oils daily.
    Eat fish (not fried, be careful, very careful for bones) Peanut butter on whole wheat (no jelly), which has protein, and don’t worry about the fat in that. Avocados, has fat, good fat; eat it when your hunger cravings get you.
    When you do crunches, also twist on some to work your sides, keep tension on your abs.

    okay. I have a headache so exuse the typos.
    I’m a teen nutritionist, so the basic things to do is to:
    1. drink 40-50 oz of water per day
    2. Take one multivitamin per day
    3. take flaxseed, omega 3 6 and 9 fish oil (one day omega, another day flaxseed, then switch.)
    4. Basically eat organic and gluten free, dairy free, and wheat free stuff. (Totally recommend Whole Food’s. :) )
    5. To lose weight: 5x a week of cardio exercise 30-60 min of length. I run for half an hr each day… so it totally helps. :)

    take 2 belts, wrap tightly around upper thighs, have somebody cut off your legs, or influenza, puke all day, hit by a car, coma: they only give u IV, or maybe cut down on whats going into your body and do something that burns more calories, they’re is no miracle pills, diets, drinks out there, but everybody wants fast way to lose weight, aint happening

    Eat meat. thats it. No pasta or bread or fruit or anything. Eat ONLY meat for about a week or two. Beyond that it gets unhealthy.
    chicken, steak, fish works.
    My mom did it and stuck to it and within a week, she lost 7 pounds.
    ofcourse then she stopped and ate twice she did before and gained it all back, but i wish the best to you.

    Fruits and Veggies
    Eat more plants and keep away from stuff that was made in plants.
    don’t eat anything that comes in a can, box or package…THEY HAVE ADDITIVES IN THEM THAT MAKE YOU ADDICTED TO THE FOOD
    If man made it, don’t eat it
    Stay away from FAST FOOD
    Walk your dog, or walk a friends dog
    Don’t think of it as a diet, but think of it as a lifestyle change
    I have lost 25.5 pounds in 2 months, drink lots of water. I usually eat a meal of what ever I want once a week….controlled portion….this really works………
    Write down every thing you eat
    Take a multi vitamin at night

    you need to burn more than what u put in. try dont eat untill an hour after hard exercise, this will make ur body use the energy stored in fat rather that just refulling on the food you eat. and do cardio to loose weight, exercise before eating in the morning to kick start metabolism.

    if you really want to lose some weight quick and safe, i think you better check crevax out, i’ve been using that pills, for almost a month but you can see noticeable result within a week of using it.

    The fast way is usually the worst way. You could cut off one of your legs, for example …
    My point is, slow steady weight loss by the traditional eat a little less / exercise a little more method is best in the long run

    running laps, giving up junk food, and go vegetarian (like me) you don’t have to stay vegetarian just try it for a short period of time so you can lose weight

    Don’t Eat, Take oral Laxatives, drink plenty of water. Wouldn’t advise you to do this, but if your wanting to lose weight to go on vacation or something.. try this for a week.. u’ll lose some weight prettty quick!

    There really isn’t a fast way. it all takes time
    make a routine workout and eat healthy.
    theirs always those ghastly diet pills that have all the side effects.(wouldn’t recommend those).

    drink LOADS of water and DONT eat at night. If ur hungry eat fruit or dry ceral meaning no milk..i did that and i lost 10 pounds..eating at night is what makes most ppl gain weight..

    I don’t suggest this, but taking drugs like speed etc.. check the before and after mug shots of meth heads..
    Good food and high impact exercise is the best way.
