I need a fast diet that works and is free, something I can do at home. I don’t want to hear about pills please. I’m a teenager and no I’m not just thinking I’m fat my doctors have told me my whole life that I need to lose weight. I’ve tried everything, Weight Watchers (no affect), I’ve been on Jenny Craig (it worked for like 1 month now It doesn’t), dieting, I even starved a bit. Please help I just want to lose 10 pounds and then I’ll be satisfied!

I am 17. i weigh 135 pounds and i’m 5.4″
What exercises should I do to lose about 5-10 pounds in a week or two?

Im already trying to eat healthy and I participate in Gym Class.
But how can I lose 10 pounds in week or two?
Or however long?

I’m currently 5′8 and 127 pounds, is a loss of 10 lbs in two weeks realistic? I’m willing to eat 1,200 kcal per day and exercise as much as possible. any tips you can offer me would be great

oh yes, i need to eat breakfast in front of my family and also dinner in front of my family. i can chose what i eat for those however, and should i add in a snack for the third meal? tell me which foods to eat for those meals, plz???

I want to lose about 10 pounds in the next two weeks..does anyone know anything that I can do..not just exercise..I already know that..please help I am goin to the beach and want to lose a couple pounds fast.

130 pounds
run track every day except some weekends
eat mostly healthy, dont usually eat very much
i dont get much sleep at night.. could that be a reason why im not losing any weight?
do you think if i did this i could lose 2 inches off of my stomach in the next two weeks:
pilates 2-3 times a week
hip-hop dance once a week
gymnastics once a week
track every week day
some weights / abs for toning
get to bed by 9:30 every night
watch what i eat
i really need to lose these 2 inches by spring break! i have no self esteem, am constantly putting myself down, etc. it sounds dumb, but losing 10 pounds or 2 inches off my stomach would give me soo much confidence! do u think my plan will work? what do i need to add/subtract from it?
