i want to lose weight at my stomach and thighs/hips. i lost 10 pounds in two weeks but it looks like nothing happened =[ i want to loose my belly fat quick... do crunches work? if so how many a day, if not what does

I am 5′2 and weight 120 pounds. I’m not fat but since I need to put on a uniform in two weeks, I would like to lose 10 pounds and don’t say its unhealthy and what not because its only going to be for 2 weeks and then things go back to normal. So any suggestions are accepted. Thanksss

I’d like to lose two pounds a week (the healthy way).
The thing is, I don’t want to get muscly by doing hard-core exercises like running loads, but I want to lose two pounds a week for about 5-10 weeks.
I know I should consume about 1000-1500 calories a day, but as for the cardio to do, what’s a good form of cardio that doesn’t get your legs totally ripped?
Oh, and if anyone can solve this. I’ve gained like 4 pounds in the past week and I have no idea how. Anyone have an idea?
I burn 300 calories (1 hour of DDR Supernova Workout Mode) per day and I eat pretty healthily. I drink two bottles of water. I am 5′7″ and I’m 168 pounds now, and I want to be between 145 and 150 pounds before the summer. Is this a possible goal? Is there anything else I should do to help myself lose this weight? (I’m 13 by the way). Should I wait until summer so I can impress all of my peers when I go back to school in Sept. 2007? (Plus, I swim for about 2 hours every other day in the summer). Just wondering all of this. Give any advice you have please, and if you have had personal experience with weight loss, please tell me what worked best for you!

So i wanna lose at least 10 pounds in a week.Im trying to lose at least 30 lbs in 2 months because at that time i will be out of school.Also cuz im 11 and i weight 137(used to weigh 145) and i dont wanna be made fun of in middle school next year.

I’d like to lose about 50 pounds by the end of this year.
I have a really bad knee, but I can be on the elliptical machine for about 20 minutes two times a week. So I’m doing that, plus 45 minutes of Pilates 5 times a week. If I do these things and limit my calories to 1200 per day in low fat foods, do you think I could really tone up and lose 10 pounds by the middle of May?
