run track every day except some weekends
eat mostly healthy, dont usually eat very much
i dont get much sleep at night.. could that be a reason why im not losing any weight?
do you think if i did this i could lose 2 inches off of my stomach in the next two weeks:
pilates 2-3 times a week
hip-hop dance once a week
gymnastics once a week
track every week day
some weights / abs for toning
get to bed by 9:30 every night
watch what i eat
i really need to lose these 2 inches by spring break! i have no self esteem, am constantly putting myself down, etc. it sounds dumb, but losing 10 pounds or 2 inches off my stomach would give me soo much confidence! do u think my plan will work? what do i need to add/subtract from it?
