Is 10 Pounds In 2 Weeks Safe And Doable? Thanks!?
I am 5′2 and 165 pounds right now. My short term goal is 10 pounds by two weeks. I’ve already lost 10 and I am going to see my Fiance in two weeks and I thought 20 pounds will hopefully at least be noticeable on me. Is it safe and doable to lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks? I am eating pretty normal – I am drinking alot of water and cutting out junk food but I don’t know much about nutrition and I dont have time to make complicated meals. I’m just trying to follow basic rules – lots of water, eat breakfast, no snacking especially after dinner etc. I am also on my feet all day for work, and work out an hour a day 6 days a week. Is 10 pounds in two weeks doable?

no. you can really only safely lose 2lbs/week unless you have professional supervision.
Yeah ofcourse!
You can do more than that
Here’s what ya do:
-Run for 2 hours a day
-Eat healthy NON FAT foods and no Oil (french fries, etc)
-Do sit ups, jumping jacks and more 100 per each take a break every 50. Do more if possible.
In 2 weeks you’ll lose more than 10 pounds, its possible
Thats too quick to lose 10 lbs. You’ll make ureself sick. You’d probably need to eat differently than what u are too.to lose that much. I at one time lost 30 lbs.in 3 mo. That was 2lbs. a wk.Of course I was being very careful ,taking vitamins & exercising a lot. But I was younger & full of energy..I need to lose weight now & wish I was as able to do now what I did then…..GOOD LUCK!
the safest diet usually results in only a 1-2 lbs. lost per wk. yet, in ur case, i guess you could try and lose as much as you can. remember, 6 small meals a day. by all means, try to cut back the junk, sugar, starch, etc. good job for working out..keep it up tho!!
10 pounds is too much. Make sure you eat enough to maintain muscle. It’s the muscle that burns the fat. Feed the muscle, burn the fat.
im trying to lose 60 pounds until september so i think it is unhealthy unless you work hard at it in a healthier way
No!
Doctors say you should lose up to 3 pounds a week at the most!
