If I Drink Water And Eat Only Vegetables/fruits For Two Weeks How Many Pounds Could I Lose? ?

My daily meal would be this: BREAKFAST: 2 Bananas OR 2 Apples LUNCH: 10 steamed OKRA or 2 tomatoes & 2 cucumber DINNER: 1 large steamed eggplant. Coupled with lots of water, I would be doing for about 11 days only. Would I lose some more pounds or not? Will I have any problems? I started a low food intake/6 day treadmill jogging/walking exercise on Oct. 1st at 108 lbs. Today I am 101 lbs but need to lose some more lbs at the end of the month. So I’d like to know if doing the above would help me lose a few more lbs. Please note that I don’t intend to eat like that forever. It is only for the month of October. Hope you can give me your opinion. Thank you.

    You would probably lose weight because you are starving. The real problem, however, is going to come when you start eating regularly again. Your body will go into starvation mode and your metabolism will drastically drop. Once you start adding the calories, your body will store it as fat. You will have to gradually add calories and increase exercise to boost metabolsim.

    you will lose 1 pound each day easy if you walk an hour with it
    but if you don’t walk you migh lose half a pound daily..
    i’ll tell you what, if you eat nothing you will suffer from the same amount hunger whille losing nearly a kilo a day with walking, just stay 3 days with only water and eat less for the next 4 days then do the same 3 days every week, i tried this combo i invented and lost 40 kilos!

    Yes, you will lose weight, hmm but how many I dont know. I would think about 10-14 pounds maybe. As long as you dont go for more, I dont think you would have any problems, but you might get some serious headache and some serious hunger pangs.

    Just sum all the calories you eat and calculate how many you lose, a pound is 3500 calories.
    It also depends on how much salt you eat, salt makes you retain water and that weighs too.

    You need carbs, they’re brain power! The human body needs grains to function properly. I don’t know specifically what will happen to you if you don’t get them, but what you’re planning on doing sounds dangerous.
