I Want To Lose Weight In Two Weeks Help!!?

I want to lose about 10 pounds in the next two weeks..does anyone know anything that I can do..not just exercise..I already know that..please help I am goin to the beach and want to lose a couple pounds fast.

    you should have thought about this more in advance. its really not possible to lose 10 pounds in only two weeks. any crash diet you try will shed some weight off you but as soon as you get on vacation you’ll gain it all back plus MORE. you’re best bet is to eat healthy and drink plenty of water (2-3L a day.) and of course exercise but not just cardio…weight training too because the more lean muscle mass you have, the more fat you burn even when you’re doing nothing at all. make sure you’re getting at least 1200 cal a day otherwise you’ll screw up your metabolism and it will slooooow way down because it thinks your in starvation mode. then it will do everything it can to hang on to as much fat as possible. permanent, sustained weightloss can only be achieved by a life time commitment to proper nutrition, cardio and weight training.

    ok first off, the food you eat must change.
    DONT SKIP ANY MEALS, it SLOWS YOUR METABOLISM! and NO FAST FOOD…SUBWAY OKAY!
    Breakfast: more fruits, but don’t skip this meal for sure!
    Lunch: simple sandwich with a few celery sticks. peanut butter okay for an extent
    Dinner: something really healthy like fish but don’t go like potato
    Those are just suggestions.
    Exercise: I run a mile but that is because my coach is a nutcase. Do alot of run/walk random start offs and that works you most on a walk.
    Tone all muscles with ab workouts (bicycle works best) and walking lunges/squats
    if you have a trampoline it works to just jump up and down. i lost like 5 pounds in one day but i jumped for like 6 hours straight

    There are some websites on the Internet, which promise you that you are going to lose 10 pounds in every 2 weeks. If you are good in math you will find that keeping these stats in mind, 260 pounds in a year. Losing 260 pounds is the figure, which is unbelievable and unexpected.
    This kind of claims are planned just to cause clients to make impulsive decisions. When you gain weight, did you gained around 50 minds in two months? Certainly not. We gain weight in weight in small parts, which add up to our weight. This keeps on increasing with time.
    I think you get what I mean to say. We normally gain weight in grams like 65 gram per week. With this stat you are going to gain around 7 pounds at the end of year.
    This weight is so slow that you cannot measure it weekly. But in fur years you are going to gain around 28 pounds.
    So how can you expect this weight to go in few days? You are going to lose the way you have gained it. So it will take time to lose weight. So you have to start losing weight systematically. You can lose weight by developing the good eating habits in you and nutritious foods.

    it is a quick fix- as soon as you eat normally you gain it back- but in this “emergency” situation it’s great. basically you eat 6 small fat based meals- cream cheese, deviled egg, etc.

    well, the most you can lose in 2 weeks and still be healthy is 4 lbs. but you can eat less (im not talking anorexic or anything, just less) and more exercise. watch what you take in and cout your calories. fitness centers are good ?
    + NO BREAD OR POTATOES. those give lots of cals

    go on a water diet, you know what you can do, you can drink plenty of water, and eat an apple, thats what my dad told me, when you feel hungry, eat an apple. it should keep you full, or go on a tea diet, and eat limited, try that

  7. You most likely hear this a lot but its all about caloric intake and exercise. If you want to lose weight fast you should eat foods such as vegetables, whole grains, fruits, lean meats (poultry, fish, egg whites) and other foods that have less calories than its net weight (serving size weight). These foods are much more filling with significantly less calories that way you wont feel hungry after eating. Your body can only burn so many calories a day with out exercising, so the extra calories you intake and don’t use up as an energy source it gets stored as fat. Avoid sweets such as cakes and other pastries, fast foods and other forms of junk food. Your best bet would be to aim for no less then 1000 calories (because you don’t want to put your body into starvation mode, which will slow your metabolism) and no more than 1500.

    Cut out junk food. My friend lost 4 lbs. in a week that way. Replace that food with healthier food. However, I don’t believe that 10 lbs in 2 weeks is healthy. The most you should loose in two weeks is 4 lbs. There are fad diets that advertise losing a lot of weight quickly, but you eventually gain back the weight and more.

    No potatoes, no chips, no soda, no pasta, no corn…. Meat veggies and a lot of salads. Basically, cut out all the carbs and starches.

  11. EXERCISE! Yes that’s what I do. I can eat a like an elephant and a lot of people try to out eat me and can’t but I’m only 125 pounds for a male that is. I excersise every day.

    first of all, you CAN lose 10 lbs in 2 weeks. It is possible. You have to execise a lot, eat no more than 1500 cals a day, eat healthy foods only, drink a lot of water, believe in yourself, and u will do it!

    You cant lose 10 pounds in two weeks, thats dangerous. It is advisable to lose only 2 pounds per week.
    Anyway, I lost weight when i tried the “3 day diet”, its fast you’ll see some changes right away but you wont lose a lot of pounds right away but you’ll see changes esp in your tummy area. The menu are simple and easy to do, You can browse the net about it if you want. But its kinda hard to do at first because you’ll really feel hungry, so you have to have discipline and drink lots of water for the hunger pangs. Goodluck!
