I Need To Lose Ten Pounds In 2 Weeks. Help!!?

I am 5′2 and weight 120 pounds.  I’m not fat but since I need to put on a uniform in two weeks, I would like to lose 10 pounds and don’t say its unhealthy and what not because its only going to be for 2 weeks and then things go back to normal. So any suggestions are accepted. Thanksss

    There is no healthy way to lose 10lbs in 2 weeks.

  2. Well I would fast for the first week then the next week eat only green foods. Salads (plain) green beans spinach any thing green and healthy. Exercise at least 30 mins everyday even if it’s walking. That should do it.

    honestly taebo works for me and some yoga and going for runs! stay hydrated and the weight will be coming off soon! you may not lose 10 pounds but you will lose some weight. Stay healthy.
