I Need To Lose 10 Pounds..?
I need to lose about 10 pounds in two weeks…any suggestions?
Please don’t tell me it’s not healthy, i don’t need a lecture, I need some idea on how to get this done.

run bout like 2 miles a day..then over the days increase the limit
Eat a healthy breakfast, lunch, and dinner. For snacks I would eat fruit or fruitsnacks or something like that.
Don’t starve and then binge.
And you should excercise three-four times a week.
You’ll see results if you keep it up.
Walk/Run at least 2 miles a day, and make sure whatever foods you eat have exactly or less than 100 calories.

Drink plenty of water, detox, exercise and eat the right foods.
walk on a track for a week
tredmill
cut out on junk food
excercize
Eat salad… and run!
