I Need To Lose 10 Pounds, Fast…?

i need to lose around 10 pounds in two weeks, mostly around my stomach.
Any ideas?
Please don’t tell me this isn’t healthy. i need some suggestions.
Any help would be appreciated!!!

    do the master cleanse, its a detoxing fast.you will lose mostly water weight recipe : for 32 oz water
    2 fresh squeezed lemons
    1/4 to 1/2 c GRADE B maple syrup
    dash cayenne pepper to taste
    mix in a water bottle ,you’ll do 2 to 3 bottles a day
    do not eat during detox when it’s time to eat again
    start slow with small amount of veg soup or melons
    you can do it up to ten days

    Start using that treadmill every day for an hour at least, avoid too many carbohydrates (apart from rice), eat fish, fruit and vegetables and cut down on fatty snacks dairy and yeast. Wear a good waist cincher every day for two weeks and it will start training your waist and stomach.

    i would say start eating healthy foods everday take a jog around your neigberhood ride a bicycle go to a gym or just do activitys that include movement
