How To Lose 10 Pounds In 2 Weeks?!? Help Me!!!?

i know, i know. it’s not healthy to lose so much weight so fast but i am only doing this for two weeks, ok? i need real answers that will help me to this and not try to discourage me because i know it is possible just with very strict diet!!!
oh yes, i need to eat breakfast in front of my family and also dinner in front of my family. i can chose what i eat for those however, and should i add in a snack for the third meal? tell me which foods to eat for those meals, plz???
i need this weight loss fast and i am prepared to have it tough for the next two weeks! i need answers!
please help me~

  1. Try eating 5 to 6 small meals a day to boost your metabolism. (Make sure it’s not junk food). Drink plenty of water. Start a cardio program for at least 30 minutes 4 to 5 times a week. You can walk, jog, bicycle, skip rope, etc. Some light weight training is good too. It’s good for muscle tone and muscle burns away at fat. You can try cutting out carbs for dinner as well. Good luck.

    Low-carb in the morning, protein shake (watch the carbs though – should be less than 9g/serving) and same for dinner. Lots of leafy greens and protein. Think eggs as well as meat. Nuts are also a good source. And try some cardio like swimming or even walking.
