How To Lose 10 Or More Pounds In About A Week And A Half?

Is it possible? My mother is about two hundred pounds right now, and she needs serious help. Please, is there anything that can help her? She doesn’t have that much resolve to go for about two weeks, and I always catch her cheating.

    It’s really not safe to lose weight really fast. It sounds like she needs to change her eating habits. Make sure you guys eat a healthy diet with lots of fruits and veggies. Try getting in some aerobic exercise like walking to start with. Good luck!

    there is nothing you can do you have to motivate your mother. If she is cheating then she really doesnt want it. She needs to be on a really good diet and start excersing every day!

  3. beat her with a stick till the wieght cames off or the fastest way to lose weight would be to hack off a limb
    honestly though don’t buy fatty foods if the foods not near her she won’t think about it and drink lots of water most humans get thristly and think it is hunger and hit the food socks but of course unless its soap it does not help so drink lots of water other then that good luck =p

    South Beach diet! It really works!
    Basically no carbs or sugars for the first two weeks.
    Eat lots of protein and fiber.
