How Much Weight Will I Lose If I Eat Only The Following For The Next Two Weeks.?
2 slices of sand wich chicken – breakfast.
1/2 packet of haribo sweets (344 in full ) – lunch
Curry noodles – dinner.
I no its lacking in loads of nutrients but I don’t need a health talk I’ll only do it for 2 weeks or unti lI lose 10 pounds

Since you need to burn 3000 calories to lose a pound of fat, even if you did not raise your activity level, you would lose a pound every two days, resulting in 28 pounds lost after two weeks. Unfortunately, our bodies do not work mathematically. Once you drastically decreased your caloric intake, you would lose some weight, then your body would realize that you’re not getting the nutrients you need and start saving everything you eat as fat. So, by eating more calories every day, you’ll be able to lose the same amount of weight as before in two weeks, and keep it off.
