You could amputate your leg just below the knee.
I wouldn’t recommend it, though, or any other way of losing that much weight that quickly. It’s not conducive to good health to lose more than about two pounds a week, and I can’t imagine a good reason for wanting to lose that much weight that quickly, unless you’re a professional jockey or boxer.
yes 10 lbs in two weeks is possible! you must eat fruits and veggies mostly. and if you must small portions of meat once or twice a week. realisticly you will probably lose maybe 8 lbs in two weeks.
dont forget the exercise. 1 hour of cardio everyday!
