		<description>Yes eat weight watchers dinners, count calories, drink plenty of water.  Don&#039;t try to rush it though.  Consistency is better than losing the weight real quick.</description>

Just have to stay on track!
I read up on the South Beach diet.  Same thing, but SB has separated some of the carbs into categories.</description>
