How Do I Lose 10 Pounds In About A Week Or Two?
I need a fast diet that works and is free, something I can do at home. I don’t want to hear about pills please. I’m a teenager and no I’m not just thinking I’m fat my doctors have told me my whole life that I need to lose weight. I’ve tried everything, Weight Watchers (no affect), I’ve been on Jenny Craig (it worked for like 1 month now It doesn’t), dieting, I even starved a bit. Please help I just want to lose 10 pounds and then I’ll be satisfied!

Eat plenty of green vegetables. They are low in calories and high in nutrition. Also lift weights in circuit fashion to get a cardio workout plus stimulate your lean body tissue and speed up your metabolism. This video will help you, if you let it.
I’ve used the Atkins diet. Once I got started (took one wk), I began losing 1 pound every night! 20 days later, 20 pounds lighter!

I read up on the South Beach diet. Same thing, but SB has separated some of the carbs into categories.
You can’t lose 10lbs in a week.
Perhaps a month, but not a week, and starving is not the way to go.
You have to change your LIFESTYLE.
Yes eat weight watchers dinners, count calories, drink plenty of water. Don’t try to rush it though. Consistency is better than losing the weight real quick.
10 pounds would take more like 3 weeks but dance, swim, bike, lift weights, run and eat fruits and veggies.
