    There are lots of unhealthy ways to do this and no good way to do it. In order to lose 10 lbs – it will take you about 4 weeks to lose the weight. If you do lose the weight in 10 a week or 2, plan on gaining it back and about 25% more.
    The best way to do lose weight is to take it off slowly – that way you are learning how to eat healthy and keep it off. I’ve lost 65 lbs and have kept ot off for about 3 years.

    Drink your water: half you body weight in ounces every day for the two weeks. Also, juice your vegetables and fruits. Try to stay away from meats. Cabbage is a GREAT vegetable to eat too! Good luck.

    Weight Watchers worked for me. it works in 3 days. After the first 24 hours the hunger goes away and the diet has all of the vitamins and minerals you need.

    first drink epsom salt about a table spoon in water. Then get yourself a gallon jugg and try to finnish the whole thing every day. walk A LOT!!!. if you have the time wail for like an hour or more every day. as far as food no carbs or fat. not fried foods. Try an enima to start too but that crap huts.

    1. Check with your doctor to make sure it’s alright for you to lose 10 lbs in a week or two. Some people have heart conditions or metabolic conditions that could be worsened by such a stressful event as losing that much weight so fast.
    2. Ask yourself if you really want to do this. It is stressful on your body, your hormonal system, probably your joints and bones, probably the people around you.
    3. Calculate your daily calorie needs, then don’t eat that much. And replace whatever you do eat with fruits and veggies and good stuff like that.
    4. Drink more water while you are doing this so that you don’t get dehydrated.
    5. Vigorously exercise for 30-60 minutes everyday doing aerobic exercise=fast walking, swimming, row machine, bicycle, stair-stepper, eliptical, etc. You want to do it hard enough to feel like your doing something, but light enough to where you feel like you could hold a conversation while you’re doing it–otherwise the exercise will be anaerobic which means it might just build your muscles and make you gain more weight.
    6. Get plenty of sleep because lack of sleep and stress are “weight-gain” inducers—they stress out our body and make our bodies think we need to bulk up–like a squirell or bear bulks up before winter.
