do a water fast. I would reccomend adding mineral supplements to your water, so that you don’t deplete your water. If you get soo hungry you feel youre going nuts, you can make yourself homemade broth (bring to boil, then simmer: onions, garlic, potato peel, carrot peels, parsley, celery, etc…SALT)
3500 calories less is a pound
do pilates or yoga and reduce ur food portions but “don’t” stop eating….. eat more yogurt than anything else and when u are too hungry eat fruit or jello. But this is just for a short period ok? dont over do it.

It is impossible i wish i could lose that but i would have to starve myself and ya cant do that because when u start eating again u gain back what u lost plus more.

any pounds lost in only a week or two would only be water weight, which isnt good for you to lose and it will come right back. Eat healthy and excercise, its the only logical way.
Dont skip meals!!when you do this your body stores fat for energy.I have been dieting since the first of the month and have already lost 11 pounds!I run on my treadmill every other day, dont drink pop or anything with alot of sugar,caffiene,carbs ect. I eat total cereal in the morning and small healthy portions throughout the day.Good Luck!
Cut off a limb. Otherwise, your best bet is diet and exercise. Don’t stop eating, as that will make your body retain fat for fear of a famine, but little things like only drinking water can do wonders.

eat only when your hungry no snacking, in between meals unless its fruit no second helpings when full stop do not indulge your self. drink plenty of water daily 8 glasses per day take evening walks, if you have stairs run up & down as many times as possible with out stoping thats cheating. >good luck<
Don’t know if you could lose 10, but when eating eat small amounts, nothing high in fat grams. Stop eating as soon as you feel full. Drink lots of water. Cut back on calories also. Stop eating around 9 p.m. every night.
This is only for a wk. or 2………eat fresh grapefruit and eggs for each meal and drink at least 8-12 glasses of water a day and I guarantee you will lose the weight you want. For breakfast, lunch and dinner, eat 1/2 to 1 full grapefruit and 2 hard boiled eggs with just a pinch of salt. Also include some type of aerobic exercise, but not to excess. Do not exceed 2 wks. on this diet.
if you find out let me know…. If you stop eating tho, your body will think its starving and will hold in all the fat you do eat..

This all I ate for a whole month.
Breakfast: 1 hotdog ( No bread no condiments just the hot dog) with water.
Lunch: Small salad with water
Snack: Beef jerky, a whole bag even they’re 97% fat free.
Dinner: Toast with cheese only or a bigger salad. with water.
And jog about 20 minutes every day.
If you really need to eat something else i would eat more beef jerky.

u just dont hardly eat nothin for bout a week and then u will lose that is what i did but i wasn’t fat i just wanted 2 be skinny
execise all day but not too much to kill yourself and eat organic foods and alot of water
