i am trying to lose 10 pound during christmas break and want a way that is not too difficult but will help me any foods i should eat

  1. Not sure that’s completely possible without an extreme amount of work…But to start, I would cut out desserts and liquid calories, such as soda, alcohol, ETC. Basically drink only water. Eat lean protein such as chicken and turkey breast, and snack on healthy treats throughout the day like berries. Drinking a glass of water before eating a meal will help with portion control. Eat small but frequent meals.
    Get yourself moving! Take walks, do chores, ride your bike, ice skate, play in the snow–whatever can keep you active. When you feel the need to sit down and watch tv, do something active instead.
    If you want to firm up your thighs, do squats. For your stomach, crunches, but make sure to contract your muscles inward when you do them.
    Good luck, and make sure to do this in a healthy way. Don’t take it too far.
