How Can I Lose 10 Lbs In A Week Or Two?

So i wanna lose at least 10 pounds in a week.Im trying to lose at least 30 lbs in 2 months because at that time i will be out of school.Also cuz im 11 and i weight 137(used to weigh 145) and i dont wanna be made fun of in middle school next year.
p.s. how old do you have to be to juice fast cuz i wanna try it and see if i lose any pounds

    In one week I lost about 7 pounds by eating very healthy…low fat and no sugar or cream, by drinking lots of water and walking. The water flushes all the toxins and fat out of your system…you will also loose inches by drinking lots of water…eight to ten 8oz glasses of water per day should really help.

    It is all about what you eat. You have to eat right. I would recommend things like flax. Also do workouts that works the whole body. Also eat 1/2 a grapefruit a day and some almonds.
