		<description>how much do u weigh and eat salads and vegetables and fruit and exercise and eat granola and drink lots of water not thoz nasty sports drinks filled with chemicals and fat and sugar.take a walk or hike if u have a dog take it with u but try those and u should be well on ur way and sleep my sis is 14 and a 9th grader and she sleeps in and she&#039;s barely 90 pounds!</description>

		<description>You can&#039;t be a vegetarian if you eat any kind of meat PERIOD.  Sushi isn&#039;t fish.  Sashimi is fish.  Sushi is just the rice and seaweed.
Don&#039;t eat any dairy.  I find that packs the calories in very quickly.  Salads with dressing on the side are helpful.  I lost 10 lbs in 2 weeks by having honey nut shredded wheat for breakfast and lunch, and then a sensible dinner, like a salad or stir fry.  It was awesome.  I never went hungry and I lost weight.</description>
