Help Plz! I Need To Lose 10 Pounds In 2 Weeks?!?!?
i know, i know. it’s not healthy to lose so much weight so fast but i am only doing this for two weeks, ok? i need real answers that will help me to this and not try to discourage me because i know it is possible just with very strict diet!!!
oh yes, i need to eat breakfast in front of my family and also dinner in front of my family. i can chose what i eat for those however, and should i add in a snack for the third meal? tell me which foods to eat for those meals, plz???
i need this weight loss fast and i am prepared to have it tough for the next two weeks! i need answers!
please help me~
also, i am a vegetarian, except for chicken and sushi. haha
and i am taking nutritional vitamins so i’ll be fine…nutritionally? lol

You can’t be a vegetarian if you eat any kind of meat PERIOD. Sushi isn’t fish. Sashimi is fish. Sushi is just the rice and seaweed.
Don’t eat any dairy. I find that packs the calories in very quickly. Salads with dressing on the side are helpful. I lost 10 lbs in 2 weeks by having honey nut shredded wheat for breakfast and lunch, and then a sensible dinner, like a salad or stir fry. It was awesome. I never went hungry and I lost weight.
how much do u weigh and eat salads and vegetables and fruit and exercise and eat granola and drink lots of water not thoz nasty sports drinks filled with chemicals and fat and sugar.take a walk or hike if u have a dog take it with u but try those and u should be well on ur way and sleep my sis is 14 and a 9th grader and she sleeps in and she’s barely 90 pounds!
