Good Way To Lose 10 Pounds And Flatten Your Stomach?

I would like to lose 10 pounds and flatten my stomach by the first two weeks of July. Does anybody know a good diet and a good HOME WORKOUT that i could do, that doesnt involve any gym equipment?

    Sit-ups and daily walking
    Also, swim – play sports – bowl, dance, etc.
    Don’t drink soda, eliminate mayonnaise, don’t eat fried foods, fast foods, junk foods, sugary foods, sausage, pepperoni, bacon, hotdogs, etc.
    Drink green tea (hot or iced), eat lots of fruits and veggies, eat only BAKED potatoes, eat non-fat yogurt, only healthy cereals (Cheerios, Shredded Wheat, Oatmeal), 1% or skim milk, lots of OJ, V8 and (Lite) Cranberry Juice. Eat only broiled meats, and stick to the recommended portion size. Cut down on bread/pasta/rice, etc.

    have fun with it! that’s definitely the best way to lose that weight quick! don’t think of it as dieting, u know? have fun with colorful vegetables and proteins for lunch and dinner! experiment different countries’ fruits! and meanwhile, get that daily exercise in by swimming, running, dancing, etc. it’s easier said than done, but smiling about it all makes the loss even more worth while!

    dont eat alot !!and when you do make shure its mostly fruits and vegstables…u dont even have to work out to loose weight just watch what you eat

    NO MILK, BREAD, PIZZA, SPAGGETTI, HUMBERGERS FOR 2 WEEKS. I HAVE TRIED IT AND REALLY WORKS.
