I weigh about 150 and I want to go back to at least 130. What is the fastest way to lose weight or at least lose weight in the stomach area?

    you would have to lose overall body weight in order to lose. best way to go about this is to watch food. 80-90% of weight loss comes from just watching your calorie intake and the quality of food you are eating. the other part is excerise which helps take the weight off faster and tone your body. you will work out better if you eat nutritous foods. I would look to your local food guide as to what to eat. it’s also good in learning portion control which is the key to weight loss here.

    Unfortunately there is no way to spot reduce fat. You have to lose fat globally. You can do crunches till your blue in the face and still have a fat stomach.
    It is important to remember that there is no way to lose weight fast. It takes time if you want to lose FAT. Anyone who tells you otherwise is lying or doesn’t know. Fast weight loss only means you are losing water. You need to change the way you eat. There are a lot of simple little things you can do that can make a big impact. One is cut out the sugar in your diet. That is the first thing I always recommend to people trying to lose weight.
    If it’s not a problem with fat then you need to tone up those muscles and watch your posture.
    Women have a common problem of rolling their hips forward. Focus on standing up straight will help you not to accentuate the area.

    you can try separating your 3 large meals to 5 smaller meals. instead of having the classical breakfast,lunch and dunner; try having a smaller breakfast, then a snack, then lunch, then a snack, then dinner. try avoiding to eat 2 hours before you sleep, as it is harder for your body to digest. eating smaller meals a day will make your stomach area smaller because your body can digest more effectively. you can also try doing cardio every other day and not just situps… situps do not make your stomach smaller if you do not do enough cardio

    When you lose weight, it doesn’t all come from area like some people think…small amounts come from every part of the body at once, that’s why it always looks like the biggest part of you is the one that’s around the longest. I know it sucks!
