Fast Weight Loss Program in a Week

The first activity is the arm triceps extension. Stand with your legs shoulder width apart with the dumbbell or water bottle in one hand, your arm extended upwards. The third activity is the standing triceps kickback. On the shoulder width apart standing position holding a dumbbell or small water bottle in one hand bend your arm at a 90 degree angle. Your upper arm needs to be kept tacked in and keep your elbow raised. Carefully and slowly extend your lower arm behind you, return to start position. Do 2 sets of 12.
The fourth activity is the biceps curl. Standing straight take two dumbbells or small water bottles in both hands, holding them horizontally with an underhand grip stand still. Curls your arms into your chest, always keep your elbows tacked in on your sides, and then you slowly lower the weights. Repeat exercise for at least 12 minutes.
For burning stomach fat, sit ups are the best and quickest way to get rid of the fat around the stomach area. You should do at least 20 sit ups every morning before you take a bath.
