Cabbage soup diet.
if you eat fruit… and drink fruit juice and water… just eat that… and you can have all you want!! because fruit is already predigested… plus you get the vitamins and minerals that your body needs… just dont eat after 6 pm… i went from 162-140 in about 2 months… which is really good for me… but i did the whole diet thing… which is… only eat fruit from 8am-12pm, then wait about 20 minutes then you can eat lunch… mixing only lean meats and veggies, or veggies and carbs… NEVER MEAT AND CARBS!! and like you can have a snack sunflower seeds, peanuts, ect. two hours after you eat your lunch or dinner… but make sure you dont eat after 6pm
cottage cheese and nothin but the weight will fall off!!!!!!!!!!!! oh and drink water, i forgot about water

Give up meat, cut out any alcohol & walk walk walk.
Try eating only raw vegtibles.

Well I have lost 20pounds in the past 2 weeks. Maybe more b/c I haven’t went to my sister in-laws to weigh myself lately. I simply ate crackers and water for two days only eating alittle at a time and every few hours. Never get yourself full. After that my tummy had shrunk to where I couldn’t eat a whole lot. I have been drinking one or two dr. peppers a day and now eating some regular foods but never eating all of it, b/c I can’t my tummy is to small to hold it. I can manage to eat 1/2 a burger. I eat twice a day on real food and in between only snacks that don’t fill me. I went from 136 to 117 in less than 2 weeks. It’s very simple just have to set it in your mind. I had put it off for 2 years almost since my last kid.
Drink lots of water. Sometimes you feel like eating when you are actually dehydrated, plus it will take the edge off your appetite. Also eat little and often, and make sure it’s all healthy.
