In general, it would be inadvisable to do this without medical supervision. It can be dangerous when done otherwise.
My daily meal would be this: BREAKFAST: 2 Bananas OR 2 Apples LUNCH: 10 steamed OKRA or 2 tomatoes & 2 cucumber DINNER: 1 large steamed eggplant. Coupled with lots of water, I would be doing for about 11 days only. Would I lose some more pounds or not? Will I have any problems? I started a low food intake/6 day treadmill jogging/walking exercise on Oct. 1st at 108 lbs. Today I am 101 lbs but need to lose some more lbs at the end of the month. So I’d like to know if doing the above would help me lose a few more lbs. Please note that I don’t intend to eat like that forever. It is only for the month of October. Hope you can give me your opinion. Thank you.
How can I lose 8-10lbs in TWO weeks? I’m going to the pool with a LOT of hot guys n stuff…and they ALL think im skinny..but i dont want them to know that i have some fat!
Is it possible? My mother is about two hundred pounds right now, and she needs serious help. Please, is there anything that can help her? She doesn’t have that much resolve to go for about two weeks, and I always catch her cheating.

How can i lose ten pounds in two weeks. Our choir class is going to schlitterbahn in 2 weeks and i really want to lose a few pounds so i can be comfortable in a bikini.

Im 18, about 5′8″, male, and about 160 pounds
My goal is to lose about 10-15 pounds of fat by the end of june
I am shooting to get rid of that layer of fat on my chest and abs.
Starting next week, im going to start jogging for about two hours in the morning 3-4 times a week.
does anyone have any other suggestions so I could lose that layer?
