Best Way To Lose 10 Pounds?

Im already trying to eat healthy and I participate in Gym Class.
But how can I lose 10 pounds in week or two?
Or however long?

    By avoiding junk foods, eating fat free foods and walking at least 2 miles a day you can lose weight.

    dont go to gym
    gym builds muscles so its harder to lose the weight but it help maintain the weight
    and gym makes u crave food more
    try a good diet avoid eating out as much as possible for a while
